In the course of a specialist-led outreach engagement, we hold a narrow slice of business contact data about outreach recipients:

All of it is sourced from information a contact has made publicly available in a professional context, such as a company site, business directory, or professional profile. We do not purchase consumer data, and we do not buy or rent third-party contact lists.
We use Smartlead as our outreach sending and sequencing platform, and Google Workspace for email delivery. These providers process contact data on our behalf under their own data-processing terms; we do not sell or rent contact data to anyone, and we do not share it with data brokers or advertising networks.
If you opt out or don't engage with an outreach sequence, we suppress your contact record from future campaigns and delete it from active sending lists on request. If a business relationship develops from an introduction, relevant contact details may be retained for that engagement, separate from cold outreach lists.
